Currently the Santoprene® TPV Market Development Manager for Industrial, Consumer, and Medical applications at Celanese Corporation, Shiva previously spent 13 years at ExxonMobil in various roles. Her experience includes commercial in Hydrocarbon Fluids, process engineering at the Baytown Chemical manufacturing plant, technical supervisory in polymers, and several business positions in finance and planning. She joined the Santoprene® TPV team at ExxonMobil in 2019 in market development and transferred to Celanese when the acquisition took place at the end of 2021.

Shiva received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Florida.
