Sarah Niese

A dedicated and experienced Sr. Chemist specializing in Color Technology at Celanese, where she has been contributing her expertise for the past four years. In her role, Sarah is responsible for managing all colorable grades, custom color matches, and appearance development, with a particular focus on metallic and appearance polymers. Her areas of expertise include the use of metallic and effect pigments as well as ensuring UV stability in her projects. Sarah's commitment to excellence and innovation in color development has made her an invaluable asset to the Celanese team.

 

Kent Miller

The Global Appearance and Innovation Leader at Celanese, where he heads the Color and Appearance Division. In his role, Kent is dedicated to developing new and unique appearance solutions across a variety of plastics, including polyacetal, nylon, and polyester, with a particular focus on the automotive market. He holds a Ph.D. in Polymer Engineering from the University of Akron, which has provided him with a strong foundation in the field. Kent's innovative approach and expertise in polymer engineering have made him a key figure in advancing the aesthetics and functionality of plastic materials at Celanese.

 

Chelsea Gross

A Principal Application Development Engineer specializing in the automotive sector. With five years of experience at Celanese and an impressive nine years with an automotive Tier 1 supplier, Chelsea brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. She is dedicated to supporting automotive customers in North America, focusing on interior appearance and fuel systems. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Oakland University. Her background and expertise enable her to deliver innovative solutions tailored to the needs of her clients in the automotive industry.
