Sr. Field Development Manager

Alfred Lenze graduated from the RWTH Aachen with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Plastics Technology. He has worked for almost 12 years in the a variety of technical and commercial roles at material suppliers (DuPont and Celanese). He has worked for Celanese for almost 4 years starting as the Global OEM Manger for Daimler and is leading since December 2018 the OEM Team in Europe.

Kevin Norfleet

Sr. Program Manager, Sustainability

Kevin Norfleet graduated form Virginia Tech with a degree in Chemical Engineering.  He has worked for Celanese for 12 years in a variety of technical and commercial roles across multiple businesses and currently leads the sustainability related efforts of Celanese’s Engineered Materials Division and is a member of the Celanese ESG Council.
