David Ditter

David Ditter currently holds the position of Product Specialist & Developer for GUR® UHMW-PE. With approximately five years of experience in GUR® UHMW-PE, David brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role. He holds a Doctorate in Polymer Chemistry from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, Germany, where he specialized in the field of liquid crystalline elastomers.

Rainer Walkenhorst

Rainer Walkenhorst is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in the field of UHMW-PE. Currently, he serves as the New Business Development Manager for GUR® UHMW-PE, located in Frankfurt, Germany. Rainer has a strong background in Technical Marketing, having previously held the position of Global Segment Manager for GUR® Medical Applications. His career at Celanese includes roles in Technical Sales for Polymer Characterization Lab Equipment and Product Management for Rubber Compounds. Rainer holds a PhD in Chemistry, specializing in the Physical Chemistry of Polymers, from the University of Bielefeld, Germany.
